About the Project

CharChaki Rentals is a Pune-based cab and vehicle rental service. Their old site had no clear call to action, no booking form, and no way to capture leads. After the rebuild, customers can book inline, enquire via WhatsApp, and the owner gets instant notifications on every lead — with all data visible in the admin dashboard.

The Problem

CharChaki's old site looked presentable but did nothing. Anyone who wanted a cab had to hunt for a phone number and hope someone picked up. There was no way to see the fleet, no published pricing, and no record of who had enquired. On mobile — where more than 80% of their traffic arrived — the layout broke down entirely.

How We Solved It

We rebuilt the site around a single action: get the booking request before the visitor leaves. The quote form sits inline on the homepage, WhatsApp is one tap from any page, and the fleet and per-km rates are published openly so nobody has to call to find out what a trip costs. Every request now lands in an admin dashboard and fires an instant WhatsApp and email alert to the owner.
